How to book
Enquire via email to David and Helen Pickard at [email protected]. Approval will be given via email by the Hall Managers. Payment must be made in full by BACS at least 7 days prior to the hire date after booking request is approved. Fees may be waived for booking requests made by Church of England (sub)committees or groups. Bookings are refundable up to 7 days prior to the use of the venue. After this time, no refund will be made unless exceptional circumstances apply. Daily from 9am-10pm, except Sunday mornings. Premises must be vacated by the agreed time, no one after 10pm without prior written consent. Booking time must include set up, set down, and cleaning.
