How to book
All applications for hire must be made in writing on the appropriate form and sent to the Hall Secretary. The signatory on the application will be deemed the Hall Hirer. Every application shall be accompanied by payment of the deposit required and full hiring charge to secure the booking. Cancellation policy: Notice of at least one week must be given for cancellation of one-off bookings; otherwise, the hire charge will not be refunded. One month's written notice should be given to the Hall Secretary if a group no longer requires the hall for regular bookings. Rules: No smoking strictly adhered to on the premises and immediate surrounding area. No intoxicating liquor to be brought onto premises without prior specific permission from the Hall Secretary. Alcohol must not be sold. Hall and equipment must be left clean, tidy, and undamaged. All lights must be switched off and keys returned as arranged. No groups permitted on premises outside agreed hire times (including 15 minutes clearing up time). All fire doors to be kept unfastened and unobstructed. Doors must be locked on leaving. Hirer is responsible for supervision of premises, care of contents, and behavior of all persons.
