Hirers are requested to arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time and wait at the front entrance/gates for a staff member. A staff member is normally on site 30 minutes before booking begins but not during the booking itself. House rules include no smoking, no vaping, no loud music, alcohol must be approved by the venue, bringing your own bags and taking rubbish with you, leaving promptly after the event, and leaving the space as found. Cancellation details are available via Sharesy, and the venue reserves the right to make deductions for damage.
