How to Book
All enquiries, requests for pricing information, and booking requests are preferred by email to the Bookings Secretary. Hirers will complete and sign a Hiring Agreement document outlining contact details, hire dates/times, rooms/facilities/equipment, and the agreed letting fee. The Booking Secretary will check availability and inform of the hire charge. Hirers agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Hire, available for download. The hall is managed and operated by unpaid volunteers; hirers are asked to leave the hall as they find it and remove all rubbish.
