How to Book
Contact the centre via phone (07780 008135) or email ([email protected]) to check availability and charges. If you wish to hire, a booking form will be sent. A deposit is required upon booking. Submission of the booking form and payment is taken as acceptance of their terms and conditions. The hire period must include time for setting up and clearing away. Additional time will be charged. Hirers must state the intended use and activities; illegal activities or those contrary to Christian faith are not allowed. Consideration for neighbours regarding noise is required, especially for evening bookings. Premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition; hirers are responsible for removing their rubbish and recycling. Losses, breakages, and damage must be reported and paid for in full. Tables and chairs must be returned to their original places. The kitchen can be used for preparation of tea/coffee and refreshments; hirers are responsible for safe food handling and adherence to hygiene regulations. Hirers are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for the sale or supply of alcohol or regulated entertainment. Public liability insurance is required. Familiarity with fire and security systems is necessary. A simple risk assessment for the activity is required. Activities involving children or vulnerable adults must comply with St. John's safeguarding policy.
