How to Book

Inquiries can be made via email to [email protected] or by calling 01424 576304. In-person inquiries require filling out a booking enquiry form. Competitive prices are offered. Discounted rates are available for community organisations, charities, and newly forming groups and projects. Filtered coffee and tea available at £1.30 per head per round, invoiced with hire charge. Urns, cups, milk, and sugar provided in or near the room. Must be ordered in advance. Donation pot option for less formal meetings. Pre-arranged food options starting from £6 per head, depending on day and time. Orders for lunch should be placed ahead of the hire day or at the start of the day to ensure timely preparation. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are often available; gluten-free options can usually be made upon request.
