How to Book
To book, select your desired space, check availability, and contact the Coordinator, Kate, by email ([email protected]) or phone (01865 510560). Payment for one-off events is required up front, in full via bank transfer, plus a refundable cash deposit. Regular users pay in advance weekly/monthly via standing order. Local St Margaret's Village residents receive a 10% discount on all room and kitchen hire. A loyalty discount of 15% on room and kitchen charges is available for groups booking regular sessions. Extra hours are charged at £22 per hour. Special rates apply for private parties.
