How to Book

Bookings are made by completing the 'Hall Booking Form' available from the Parish Office or their website. All bookings are at the discretion of the Parish and subject to Terms and Conditions of Hire. The Parish reserves the right to cancel any booking if the hall is required for church use, with a full refund and as much notice as possible. Booking timings must allow for setting-up and clearing away. No gambling, martial arts, clairvoyance, or yoga permitted. Alcohol may not be bought or sold on the premises unless with express permission of the Committee and appropriate license. Hirer must obtain necessary licenses (e.g., Performing Rights Society, Phonographic Performance Limited). Hirer is responsible for health, safety & hygiene regulations regarding food and for protecting children and adults at risk, carrying full liability insurance for this. Keys are to be collected from the Parish Office up to two days before booking and returned within two days after (unless alternative arrangements). The Parish will not authorise activities incompatible with Christian principles or causing undue nuisance to neighbours.
