How to book

To request an event, read the 'Terms and Conditions of Hire' and 'Hire Charges' documents, check availability on the calendar page, and fill in the 'New Booking' form. The booking form and cheque must be submitted to the Administrator by the weekend before the event. Ensure sufficient time is booked for setup and clearing up. If an alcohol licence form requires signing off by the Management Committee, ensure the Administrator receives the paperwork before their monthly meeting (usually the first Monday of each month). If hiring for under 18s and/or vulnerable adults, a specific document must be downloaded and a 'Form of Approval' signed by the hiring organization and the church. Details regarding key collection are included in the 'Terms and Conditions of Hire' document.
