How to Book
Complete the online booking enquiry form (not a confirmed reservation). Booking is not confirmed until written confirmation is received (normally via email). Once details are agreed, booking can be provisionally held for a maximum of 7 days. Full payment required 2 months or sooner before the event date. Payment by Debit Card or Invoice. £250 security deposit required at the time of booking, refunded within 5 working days after the event, subject to compliance with hire agreement. Hirer is the person who signs the Hire Agreement. Must take authorised & signed Hire Agreement and booking confirmation email on the day of the event as proof. All entertainment must end by 11:00 PM. Guests departed and venue left clean and tidy by midnight. Charges apply for music playing after 11:30 PM. Bookings for the main hall restricted to 2:00 PM until 1:00 AM. Bookings for the Training Hall/Mansfield Hall available from 5:30 PM. Use of kitchens does not include cooking utensils, cutlery or crockery. Wedding Receptions starting at £5,000 include exclusive use of Vestry Hall, full access from 10:00 AM, dedicated event coordinator, two SIA-licensed security guards, 5ft Round Tables (8 per table), 6ft Trestle Tables (6 guests or as serving/display tables), Smart, black, conference style chairs. Entertainment must end by 11:00 PM, guests departed and venue clean by midnight. Function Hire Gold Package for £1095 includes Public Hall, Training Hall, Committee Room, Main kitchen, Kitchenette with serving hatch, Cloakroom, Coloured lighting & sound system, 14 round tables and chairs to seat 125, maximum accommodation of 150 guests, set up from 2:00 PM until midnight, use of Training Hall accommodating an additional 75 guests, available from 6:00 PM until midnight. Function Hire Silver Package for £895 includes Public Hall, Main kitchen, Kitchenette with serving hatch, Cloakroom, Coloured lighting & sound system, 14 round tables and chairs to seat 125, maximum accommodation of 150 guests, set up from 2:00 PM until midnight.
