How to Book
To book, fill in the Churchdesk form on the 'Events and Hire' page of the website. Events are discussed at bookings meetings (every two weeks). If approved, a meeting will be arranged to discuss the event with a team member, followed by a hire agreement and invoice. Informal conversations with the events manager can be booked via email to [email protected]. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date upon signed hire agreement, deducted from the final invoice. Full payment is required no later than one month before the event. Hirer must provide a Certificate of Insurance for no less than £10 million Public Liability Insurance, covering damage to the hirer's own people and any damage to St Mary Redcliffe Church and its facilities caused by the hirer's group's negligence. Any damage caused or unreasonable/unforeseen cleaning required will be charged to the hirer.
