Minimum rental hours: 2. Payment terms for regular users: Monthly on account. For private hire and commercial bookings: a holding deposit (£25.00 for Main Hall, £6.00 for Committee Room and Annexe) is required, with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to the booking date. Charges will be made for damage, breakages and over running of time. Reservations are not available on the evening of 31st December. A Village Hall Hiring Agreement is available and can be printed to make a booking. Covid-19 Risk Assessment and Special Conditions of Hire Covid-19 are published on the website.
