How to Book

Rooms are hired on an hourly basis. A booking enquiry form is available on their website. Bookings are considered on a case-by-case basis. A deposit is required, typically a cheque, and is returned after the booking if conditions are met. Payment for bookings must be made online and in advance. Rooms are available for hire Mondays to Saturdays. No hires on Sundays due to church services. If notified 72 hours in advance, hire rates less £10 will be refunded. If notified 48-72 hours in advance, hire rates less £20 will be refunded. If notified less than 48 hours in advance, the full rate is charged with no refund. Any crockery breakages will be charged at £1 per item. Repairs required due to damage to premises will be charged to the hirer with a £100 service charge. Booking periods must include set-up and clear-up time. Hirers are responsible for health and safety, and any electrical equipment brought in must be PAT tested. Children under 16 are not allowed in the kitchen. The management committee may attend sessions without notice to ensure compliance.
