How to Book
Booking enquiries can be made during office hours: Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm, and Thursday from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Payment for hourly bookings is required in advance, negotiable for regular groups. Balance for evening functions (£100/£150) is due two weeks prior. Cancellation policy: non-refundable within one week, 50% retained within two weeks for hourly bookings. For £100/£150 sessions, 50% retained if cancelled after balance payment. A non-returnable deposit of £30 is required for sessions costing £100 or £150. Both rooms can be hired together for evening functions (Friday, Saturday, Sunday after 6pm) for £150.
