Hirers are responsible for operating events according to Chaffcombe Village Hall's Health and Safety and Fire Guidelines, carrying out a risk assessment at the beginning of each session, and complying with all current Covid safety guidelines. Users bringing their own electrical equipment should ensure it is in full working order. Fire exits and gangways must not be obstructed. Users are asked to take home any used nappies and sanitary products.

How to book

Once date, time, and facilities are agreed, the fee will be confirmed. A booking form/hiring agreement will be sent to the hirer, which must be completed and returned to the booking secretary for confirmation. No charge for preparation/setting up and packing away time.
