How to Book
Bookings require a completed form submitted via email or post. A £75 deposit is payable upon acceptance. The full hire fee is due no less than 14 days before the booking. Minimum booking time is 2 hours for all bookings. Hirers must provide details of their event, delegate numbers, and contact information. Regular hirers need Public Liability Insurance. Event and music must end by 11:30 pm, and premises vacated by 12:30 am. All booking periods must include set up and clear up time.
