How to Book

Minimum booking time of 2 hours for all bookings. A deposit of £75 is required for one-off bookings, payable upon acceptance of the completed booking form. This deposit is refunded if the premises are left in a satisfactory state with no damage. The hire fee must be paid in full no less than 14 days before booking. Payment can be made by bank transfer (Natwest Bank Reigate, Account Name 'St Mary's Church Reigate Fees', Sort code 60-17-27, account number 89624513) or cheque (payable to 'St Mary's Church Reigate Fees'). The deposit is not refunded if the hire fee is not paid prior to commencement, unless the church obtains a suitable replacement booking. A key-holder fee of £20 per booking applies for hires outside church office working hours, payable directly to the key-holder. An additional £10 per 30 minutes is charged if the key-holder is kept waiting. A verger fee of £40 applies for all bookings in the Main Church Space. An additional fee applies if a sound and/or visual system is required in the Main Church Space. Hirer must comply with St Mary's policies and guidelines for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. Full liability insurance is required.
