Booking & practical info
How to book
Contact the Bookings Secretary. An invoice with payment information will be emailed. Limited regular hire space on weekdays, enquire directly. JNA Hall available from 2:30 PM onwards on Saturdays; Colman Hall not available during the day up to 6 PM on Saturdays. Both halls available from 9 AM to 10 PM on Sundays. Private events are advisable to book early for weekends and school holidays. Halls not hired for private parties/gatherings other than for primary school aged children and some fundraising events. Not appropriate as a wedding venue. No teenage parties permitted. Alcohol permitted on a 'bring your own' basis only; cannot be sold (temporary license from Reigate & Banstead BC required with Booking Secretary's permission to sell alcohol). Children's discos permitted (up to age 11). Hirer responsible for setting out, cleaning, and tidying away tables and chairs. Tables and chairs must not block fire exits or fire-fighting equipment. Discounts available for dance practice and charitable trusts. Regular User Rates: Please contact the Booking Secretary for rates.
