How to Book

The venue is fully booked to the end of the year, now taking enquiries for 2026 bookings. To book, contact Emma via email for more information on hall availabilities. Bookings are confirmed by email. Single bookings require advance payment by bank transfer to CAF Bank, Sort Code: 405240, Account No: 00017933, with an email notification to [email protected] after payment. Regular bookings require monthly advance payment or alternative arrangements with the office. Cancellations made less than 3 working days in advance will be charged at the usual rate. Hirers must adhere to conditions including no smoking, no hazardous substances, ensuring additional insurance for public/property risk, turning off lights, closing windows, returning radiator controls to Level 2, unplugging water heaters/kettles, returning furniture to original positions, sweeping rooms, locking the front door (last group), and leaving kitchen areas clean and tidy with all leftover food/packaging taken home (no glass recycling). Alcohol consumption is permitted if advised in advance; functions selling alcohol require an Occasional Licence from the Council. Bookings may be altered due to unforeseen church events or emergency repairs, with notice and alternatives provided. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (2018) and St Matthias Church Data Privacy Policy.
