How to book

To book, check the online calendar for availability and then email the booking clerk at [email protected]. Full payment is required in advance for one-off bookings, with regular hirers billed monthly. Cancellations require 4 weeks' notice for a full refund; the deposit is non-returnable if the hall is not re-let. Hirers must be over 18 (or over 25 for under 18s functions with an adult present), responsible for guests' behaviour, health and safety, setting up/putting away furniture within booked times, and cleaning the room after use (including kitchen, toilets, sweeping, wiping tables, and removing all rubbish on the day). Hirers must be familiar with fire regulations and exit locations, monitor cloakrooms if the Main Hall is hired, obtain an alcohol licence if selling alcohol, and ensure external electrical equipment is PAT certified. Restrictions include no decorations or notices attached by pins or sticky tape to the premises fabric, no extra lighting or alteration to existing lighting without committee permission, and premises cannot be sublet or used for commercial purposes.

2 people read this page last month.

We built this page from what is publicly known about Stanpit Village Hall, and it works whether or not anyone at the hall ever touches it. Claiming it hands you the page, the enquiries, and your hall’s diary. It is free, and it takes two minutes.

We check you are who you say you are before handing anything over. Nothing to pay for the page, the enquiries or the diary. Last month’s 2 views came from hirers looking for a hall like yours.

Your hall’s diary, free. Take a phone booking in twenty seconds, let regular hirers block their own weeks, print the week for the noticeboard.
Enquiries in one place instead of scattered through a shared inbox — with the date, the room and the guest count already filled in.
The page becomes yours. Your photos, your prices, your hours — and hirers see which dates are actually free before they write.
