How to Book
Contact the booking secretary via email or phone. The person signing the agreement must be present for the entirety of the event and responsible for enforcing hire conditions and guest behavior. Keys are available from a designated point and must be returned immediately after locking up. Outside caterers and contractors must be aware of the hire period. A special deposit may be forfeited if hire conditions are not complied with. Guests are expected to vacate within fifteen minutes of the end of a licensed period. No smoking or vaping is permitted. Blu-tack can be used for notices/decorations with prior discussion with the Secretary; drawing pins or Sellotape are not allowed on walls.
