Stedham Memorial Hall, also known as Stedham Village Hall, is available for hire for a variety of events including parties, dinners, classes, meetings, and performances. It offers a large main hall with optional staging and an adjacent, smaller Holbrook Room, which can be used separately or as part of the main hall via a sound-proof sliding door. The venue features a fully equipped kitchen with a serving hatch and audio-visual equipment available by arrangement. It is equipped with a modern, fresh air, heat-recovery ventilation system. Located conveniently just minutes from Midhurst, in the heart of Stedham village, close to the village green.

How to Book

To make a booking, contact Helen Ashley via [email protected]. Booking form and conditions of hire are available on the website. All bookings are charged at a flat rate for agreed hire periods between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, with no weekend or peak-time increases. A minimum charge of £20 applies to any booking to cover administration, heating, and cleaning. Clear Terms and Conditions of Hire are in place, covering use of the hall, responsibilities of hirers, health and safety requirements, and procedures for setting up and leaving the venue. Documents include General Terms and Conditions of hire, Conditions of Hire and Use, Fire Procedure, Health & Safety Policy, and Safeguarding Policy, all available on their website.
