How to Book
Booking enquiries can be made via email. An application form is available on the website. Hire charges are payable at the time of booking, with the exception of weddings. A damages deposit of £100 is required for all bookings, and a wedding deposit of £250 is payable at the time of booking, with the balance and damages deposit due 90 days before the function. Cancellation policy: 100% refund for more than 60 days notice, 50% refund for 30-60 days notice, no refund for under 30 days notice (unless re-booked). Hirers must be 21+, supervise premises, pack away equipment, report breakages, turn off appliances, empty fridges, switch off lights, relock doors, clean the hall and remove all waste. A strict no smoking policy applies. Music must cease by 11:30 PM, and the hall vacated and quiet before midnight. Bouncy castles are not permitted. Hirers are responsible for obtaining alcohol licenses if not supplied by the Village Hall. Charges may be reviewed annually on January 1st.
