How to Book

Complete a booking enquiry form; a bookings clerk will contact you. Application for Hire Booking Forms must be completed and returned to the Booking Clerk no later than 28 days prior to the provisional booking. A 50% deposit of the hire charge is due upon return of the Application for Hire Booking Form. The balance is due no later than 28 days prior to the proposed hire date. A hirer may cancel upon giving 28 days written notice to the Booking Clerk; any deposit will be forfeited unless the hall can be re-let. Minimum of 4 parents/guardians required for children's/teenage parties, responsible for all eventualities. Chewing gum is strictly forbidden; £50 damage charge for removal. Hall must be left as found; additional cleaning charged at £15 per hour. Gaffer tape or other adhesive tapes are not to be used on floors, walls, or any surface; damage caused will be deducted from bond. Decorations may only be stuck to walls using Bluetac.
