How to Book

Deposits (refundable subject to terms and conditions) £50.00 per booking. Full payment to be made 7 days in advance of the event. All hirers must clean premises before leaving. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the buildings. All rubbish must be removed at the end of the hire; no collection facilities from the premises. Halls, toilets, and kitchens must be left clean and tidy. All lights and electrical equipment (apart from heaters) must be switched off at the end of the hire. Not permitted to cover or deface Scout Group displays. Children's parties are available Saturdays 12:00 - 17:00 and Sundays 14:45 - 17:45.
