How to Book
Minimum hire for event bookings is 3 hours. 50% of the hire fee is required to secure the booking, with the remaining 50% plus a cleaning & damage deposit due one month prior to the event. Cancellation refunds vary based on notice period: 10% fee retained (minimum £30) for more than one month notice, 50% fee retained (minimum £30) for less than one month notice, no refund for less than two days notice. Regular hirers are invoiced monthly. All hire hours must include set up and clear away times. The building must be left clean and undamaged after every session. Damage and cleaning deposits are returned 2 weeks after the event, if the hall is clean and undamaged.
