Refurbished in 2019, Sutton Green Village Hall is located in a semi-rural village between Guildford and Woking. It is available to hire by the hour for mornings, afternoons, evenings, or all-day sessions, 7 days a week. How to book
Read all documents: Terms and Conditions of Hire (including Special Terms during Covid-19) and Hire Charges. Go to the calendar page on the website to check availability. Click on 'New Booking' and fill in the form. If an existing booking is present, leave at least 30 minutes or preferably 1 hour between events. Review the booking details. Optionally, enter a password to edit or delete provisional bookings. Tick the box to accept the Terms and Conditions for the Venue and Website. Click the green box to send the booking to the administrator. Receive a provisional booking email. Booking will be approved by the Hall Administrator upon verification of the refundable deposit (£50, or on application for certain parties). Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent with the Key Safe Pin Code for access and the WiFi password. For amendments to approved bookings, contact the Administrator. Ensure enough time is booked for set up and clearing up. Deposit must be with the Administrator before the event.
