How to Book
Enquiries and bookings via email: [email protected]. Provisional bookings are held for two weeks. Requires completion, signing, and return of a booking agreement form. Full payment via bank transfer to Canbury Community Trust is required in advance. Available times: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 10:30 PM (No private functions); Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM. Hirer is responsible for control of all persons and adherence to regulations. Venue must be left in a clean, neat, and tidy condition, including toilets. All rubbish bags must be removed and taken home by the hirer. Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled more than two weeks prior to the event; no refund if cancelled less than two weeks prior. The multi-use sports area is not part of the Pavilion booking.
