The Hub @ The Smith is a modern, open-plan office pavilion style building located at 145 London Road, Kingston upon Thames. It offers a fully fitted first-floor office space with contemporary design, exposed services, and natural daylight. The space includes various meeting rooms, acoustically insulated workrooms, stand-alone meeting pods, and a fully fitted tea preparation area. Extensive workstation desking with ergonomic chairs and double display monitors are pre-fitted. It features a wide range of breakout areas with casual furniture, collaborative workstations, and solo/group work booths, all configured with power and IT connectivity. Three meeting rooms are also available for hire, suitable for board meetings or one-to-one sessions.
