How to Book
Please call 01202 872312 or email [email protected] to check availability and prices. For single bookings, full payment must be made by the close of business on the last working day prior to the event. Regular bookings (6 or more) are invoiced monthly, with balances due by the 14th of each month. For weekend bookings, keys must be collected on the last working day before the booking date, along with full payment, before 5 pm. The hirer must be over 18 and present on the premises at all times when the public are present. Responsible for supervision of the premises, its contents, and the behaviour of all persons using the premises. Responsible for proper supervision of car-parking arrangements to avoid obstruction. Responsible for nominating a specified person for health and safety measures. Times requested for bookings must include preparation and tidy-up time. Responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses and insurances and observing all regulations (Fire Authority, Local Authority). Liable for the cost of repair for any damage to the property or contents during the hiring period. Must leave the premises and surrounds in a clean and tidy condition, removing all rubbish.
