How to Book

Availability can be checked on the online calendar on the 'Hiring' page. Bookings require registration for new users. Separate bookings are needed for different room times. Full hire charge is due if cancelled less than 7 days before the due date. For cancellations more than four weeks prior, a refund is issued minus a £10 administration fee. All hire charges must be paid in advance on confirmation of booking. Hirer must arrange adequate public liability insurance and provide details 14 days prior to the event, with exceptions for one-off personal bookings by prior agreement. Hirers are responsible for health and safety; an extract from the Health and Safety Policy is available. Hired premises must be vacated by the end of the hire period and left clean and tidy. Hirer is responsible for all damage to the Centre. All litter and rubbish must be placed in wheeled containers or removed. Smoking is NOT permitted in the building. Overnight sleeping in the building is NOT permitted. Any accidents should be logged in the accident book and reported to HTC office. All legal requirements, including Health and Safety and fire procedures, must be complied with. Necessary licenses and permissions (e.g., for alcohol sales or public admission fees) must be obtained and complied with.
