How to book
Booking is not confirmed until an email confirmation is received. Casual bookings should be made 14 days in advance. If using external catering, bar facilities, or entertainers, specific documentation (such as public liability insurance or performing rights certificates) must be provided 10 days prior to the event. Payments can be made via direct bank transfer (SORT CODE 09 01 53, ACCOUNT NO. 10555485) or by cheque payable to HILLDENE COMMUNITY CENTRE, but only after booking confirmation. Hirers are responsible for the booked area and any incidents during their hire period. Failure to adhere to payment terms or conditions may result in additional charges or the withdrawal of bookings. If no performing rights certificate, an additional £3 for casual bookings or £2 per session for regular bookings will be added.
