West End Parish Centre offers two halls for hire: a Main Hall with an attached kitchen, stage, and dance floor, and a Sports Hall with a badminton court. The centre provides parking facilities and has an on-site cafe that can assist with refreshments and catering. The halls are unavailable on Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and Easter Sunday. They are also not available for teenage (13-19) or 21st birthday parties.

How to Book
Minimum booking notice: At least 14 days before the date of hire. Available booking times: Earliest 8:30 AM, latest booking time 10:00 PM, hall vacate time 10:30 PM prompt. Setting up and tidying away times must be included in the booking request. Full payment (hall hire charge and refundable deposit) required at time of booking. Cancellation Policy: 28 days or more prior = 100% refund; 27 to 8 days prior = 50% refund; 7 days or less prior = No refund. Alcohol Policy: Hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. A Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is required for a licensed bar. Licensing laws must be obeyed, with last orders 15 minutes before the end of licensing hours. Decorations Policy: No BluTak or sticky tape on painted surfaces; hooks are available for decorations. Smoking Policy: No smoking anywhere within any of the facilities. Inflatables Policy: Advised to obtain a copy of the Public Liability Insurance Certificate from the inflatable company. Prices are reviewed yearly and may change from April 2025.
