How to book
To enquire, book, or arrange a viewing, contact the Centre Manager on 01452 814567 or email [email protected]. A hire agreement form is required. Keys can be collected via the Manager or Security Key Safes. Hirers are responsible for cleaning and tidying the hall after the event; set up and clear down time should be accounted for in the booking. Room setup and heating setup services are available via the Manager. Staff/volunteers are available on the day of hire. Kitchen use is included for Beacon Hall and Green Room hirers, with a potential fuel surcharge for professional caterers. A £30 fee applies for bar setup in Beacon Hall and Skittle Alley. Licence extensions can be arranged with one month's notice, with hirers paying the Stroud District Council fee. Corkage fees apply for hirers bringing their own alcoholic drinks: £8 per 75ml bottle for Beacon Hall/Skittle Alley, and £5 per 75ml bottle for other areas. Room setup and cleaning services can be arranged at £15 per hour. Discounts may be available for regular bookings or multiple room bookings.
