How to Book
Season: May to September. Exclusive hire of the field from Friday to Sunday. Included in hire: Exclusive access to the site from Friday to Sunday, expert event planning advice, public liability insurance, sink area with running water, camping with your own tent or Bell Tents by arrangement, central fire pit area and rustic seating, free parking. Additional services and options: Portable Loo Hire (from £150 per unit per weekend), Luxury Loo Hire (from £790 per unit per weekend), Shepherds hut style 4 berth heated shower (£450, includes gas), Campfire logs (£8.00 per bag), Straw bale hire (£6.50 per bale), recommendations for local marquee companies (pole tents, tipis), recommendations for caterers (no insistence on using specific suppliers), Bell tent suppliers for furnished or unfurnished tents, assistance with event organization (can organize everything or just provide the field), generator hire can be arranged for electricity, collaboration with Tribeca Tipis for exclusive Tipi wedding and event venue packages (includes free Honeymoon Bell Tent for 2025 remaining dates). Booking requires hirer to be aged 18 or over. Hirer is responsible for guests and employees, and for the condition of the site and all property/equipment brought onto the site. Site must be cleared of all rubbish for full damages deposit refund (skip can be arranged at additional charge).
