How to book
To confirm a booking, a signed contract and a 50% deposit of the minimum spend are required. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the event. Cancellations: More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of deposit. Within 30 days: 50% refund of deposit. Within 3 days: Forfeit full deposit. For Whole Venue bookings, a standard 60-day policy applies: full refund for cancellations 60 days in advance, 50% refund for 60-30 days in advance, and non-refundable within 30 days. Date Changes: A confirmed booking's event date can be changed to another date within two months of the original date at no additional cost. Important Notes: All minimum spends must be met through bar sales only; food purchases and drinks bought elsewhere in the venue do not count towards the minimum. Alcohol license until 11pm (extensions may be unavailable for some spaces). Bespoke venue theming with internal set designers & stylists available upon request.
