How to Book
Provisional bookings can be held for 5 days, requiring a completed Application to Hire form and deposit to confirm. Cancellations must be in writing to the Operations Director; deposits are not returned upon cancellation. A guest list is required for 18th and 21st parties. Nothing is to be stuck to walls/ceilings/marquee with adhesive; the Martin Grove Suite allows decoration of doors and main bar. A £75 catering waiver applies if the lower kitchen area is hired for £200. Own catering and drinks are permitted for ethnic functions.
