It offers a unique environment across 12 acres, combining historic cricket heritage with modern facilities. The venue underwent a £9 million redevelopment to upgrade its conference and event spaces. It is suitable for a variety of corporate and private occasions, including meetings, conferences, training sessions, product launches, private parties, proms, and weddings. The venue is licensed to conduct civil ceremonies. It is located just off Old Dover Road, with Canterbury East Station nearby for London connections and easy access from the A2.
