Year-round booking is available, but availability may be limited during term-time, especially on weekdays, due to heavy student usage. Entire venue bookings are generally easier to secure during Winter and Summer breaks. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional staffing costs per hour: cloakroom staff £13, security staff £20, event manager £35.
