How to Book
Minimum hire charge is two hours (may be waived for block bookings). Pricing effective from 01 April 2026. To book, send an enquiry via email or website, or call to discuss needs. Online booking requests receive a quotation via email. A hire agreement form is required. Hall staff will open and close the venue; contact to explain procedures. Hirer is responsible for setting up chairs and tables (unless room set up service is used) and must clean and tidy the hall after the event. Heating will be pre-set by hall staff; hirer may adjust individual radiators and restore settings. Prices are subject to change; confirm with the venue. Capacities are approximate and depend on the event.
