The Willows Training Centre, part of Wyboston Lakes Resort, is a purpose-built venue designed for learning, flexibility, and service. It offers a variety of training and event spaces, supported by a relaxed bar and kitchen, and on-site accommodation. The venue was reimagined in 2020 to provide an energetic look and feel, social breakout spaces, and areas for relaxation and unwinding. It features 29-40 training and syndicate rooms, with the largest space, The Willows Suite, accommodating up to 260 delegates. The venue also offers 183 bedrooms, a restaurant and bar, free Wi-Fi, and super AV and IT. Recreational facilities include a games loft, hot tub, spa, sauna, steam room, fitness center, garden, lake, golf course, fishing, and water sports. It is wheelchair accessible and has EV charging points.
