The Bradford on Avon Preservation Trust manages the Tithe Barn on behalf of English Heritage. Hirers are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses or consents for their event and for the security of the Barn during the hire period. The venue comprises the Main Tithe Barn, West Barn, and Priory Barn.

How to book
Provisional bookings need to be negotiated with the Trust. Contact via phone or email to discuss and arrange an appointment. Required submissions prior to booking: Nature of Event, Date and Time, Numbers expected, Equipment or Materials required, Charging/admission arrangements, Advertising or other publicity, Notice of any special risks. Required submissions within 28 days of event: Proof of Risk Assessment, Proof of Event Insurance (minimum £5 million public liability), Event Management Plan. Cancellation policy: No refund for cancellations less than 8 weeks prior to the event. 60% refund for cancellations more than 8 weeks prior to the event.
