About
West Barn is located next to the 12th-century Tithe Barn and surrounded by Barton Farm Country Park, with a café nearby. It is suitable for weddings, exhibitions, meetings, naming ceremonies, concerts, parties, and theatre productions. Please note, it is not available for hire for events for 16-25 year olds. No naked flames, including candles, are allowed, and nothing may be attached to walls or beams with nails, screws, or tape. Medieval banners in the main hall may not be removed, and no table coverings are provided.

How to book
To book, email for more information or to arrange a viewing via the Bradford on Avon Preservation Trust website. A provisional booking form is available online. The final booking form and payment are required within 14 days of provisional booking confirmation. Keys can be collected from Travel Options 4U, The Georgian Lodge, 25 Bridge Street, Bradford on Avon BA15 1BY, and must be returned to TO4U within 24 hours of the booking end time (post through letterbox if closed). Hirers are responsible for public liability insurance of at least £2 million. Setup and cleaning are the responsibility of the hirer.
