Toddington Village Hall offers a wide range of events and activities for families, organisations and businesses, including parties, celebrations, meetings, conferences, and special events like weddings. The venue features ample parking for up to 70 vehicles, a 17m x 6m terrace at the rear of the hall, and one and a half acres of ground with views. All parts of the building are on one level, and furniture, fittings, utilities, and janitorial supplies are included in the hire fee. The hall is available daily from 09:00 AM to midnight, with overnight bookings not permitted. Please note, the venue is unsuitable for teenagers' parties, 18th or 21st birthday parties, or Halloween parties.

How to book
Online booking request via website. Email confirmation of request. Village Hall Manager checks details and accepts booking pending payment. Emailed invoice with bank details. Payment required at latest two weeks before hire. Email confirmation, receipt, and hall access code sent upon payment. Minimum hire period is 1 hour (half-hours charged at half the hourly rate, according to an older tariff). Hirers must be aged 18 or over, accept personal responsibility for complying with Terms and Conditions, and sub-letting is not allowed. Booking deposit required, returned subject to conditions. Higher deposit for young people/alcohol consumption. Full refund if cancelled within one month of booking. All fees forfeited if cancelled less than seven days before booking (deposit returned). Hirers responsible for leaving premises clean and tidy; rubbish must be taken away. Failure may result in deposit deductions. Time booked must include setup and clearing away time. Access to the hall will not be permitted outside the hours booked and paid for. Prices confirmed upon booking.
