How to Book
Bookings can be requested via the online calendar diary. The booking clerk will confirm within 14 days. Full Terms and Conditions must be read prior to booking. Hourly charges and a deposit (£50 standard, £100 with bar) are payable in advance, within 14 days of booking confirmation. Cancellation within 14 days of the due date incurs a £20 administrative charge. Access is via a key safe, with the combination provided a day in advance. Dishcloths, washing up liquid, and tea towels are not provided. Dishwasher use by prior instruction only. No room setup service or staff/volunteer available on the day of hire. Over-running booking period may incur a charge. Permission must be obtained to sell tickets on the door.
