A hire agreement form is required. Kathryn Oakey, the Parish Clerk, handles key collection and can assist with setting up chairs and tables. Heating is on a timer and not directly accessible to hirers. A room setup service is available, and a staff member or volunteer will be present on the day of hire. Hirers are responsible for cleaning and tidying the hall after their event.
