How to Book
To book, check the calendar for availability on the Uphill Village Society website. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Hire and all other relevant policies. Complete the online Hall Booking Form, ensuring all setting up and clearing up time is included. The booking secretary will confirm availability, advise hire charge, and any deposit payable. Make payment via bank transfer. You will then receive email confirmation of booking, additional facilities, access arrangements, and deposit details. Booking is not confirmed until a fully completed booking form and full payment (including any deposit) have been received. Proposed dates remain available to other customers until booking is confirmed. Use of ovens and hob for larger catering in the main hall kitchen requires prior agreement. Use of the stage, sound, and lighting equipment in the main hall is only permitted by prior agreement. Children under 16 are not allowed on the stage without permission. Use of bouncy castles requires prior agreement and compliance with their Bouncy Castle Policy.
