How to Book

To book the Village Hall, prospective hirers should first check the availability calendar on the Uphill Village Society website. An online Hall Booking Form must be completed, ensuring that all necessary setting up and clearing up time is included in the booking duration. Hirers must read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Hire and all other relevant policies. The completed form is sent to the bookings secretary, who will confirm availability and advise on the hire charge and any required deposit. Payment can be made online or via bank transfer. A booking is not confirmed until a fully completed booking form and full payment (including any deposit) have been received. An email confirmation will then be sent, detailing the booking, any additional facilities requested, and access arrangements.
