Upper Rissington Village Hall, managed by Upper Rissington Parish Council, offers two main hireable spaces: the Main Hall and the Community Room. The Main Hall has a vinyl floor marked for badminton and is suitable for softball activities and social events, with a capacity of 240 standing or 145 seated. The Community Room, suitable for smaller gatherings, has double glazed patio doors to an external patio space and can accommodate 40 standing or 25 seated. The venue is fully accessible and provides high-speed Wi-Fi. A warming kitchen is available, equipped with modern cupboards, a cooker, fridge freezer, integral water boiler, and washing up facilities, suitable for reheating food. Parking and changing rooms are available. Furniture (tables and chairs) are provided, and hirers are responsible for setup and cleaning.

Bookings can be made online via https://venuehire.scribeaccounts.com/Upper-Rissington-Parish-Council. Hirers will receive a code for the 'key box' outside the hall doorway, valid for the hire period. A hire agreement form is required. Hirers must clean and tidy the hall after the event. No room setup service is provided. Residents of Upper Rissington using the hall for family or personal events, and charity/community non-profit events, receive a discount. Enter 'Charity' or 'Resident' in the 'Customer code' box when booking online to apply the correct rate.
