How to Book

Bookings are managed via 'Hallmaster' system. A PDF guide on how to book is available. A £150 cautionary deposit is required for all private bookings (£250 for wedding bookings), returnable if halls, fittings, and furnishings are left clean, tidy, and in good condition. Must be paid before entry. A booking deposit of 25% of the cost of the booking is required, normally only refundable if the Management Committee cancels the booking. Hirer must leave halls in good order and clean condition. Charges apply for default. No sellotape, drawing pins, staples or nails on hall fabric, tables or chairs. Blu Tack only on painted woodwork. Hirer responsible for setting out and clearing away furniture/equipment unless arranged otherwise. Maximum capacities for each hall include helpers and performers and must not be exceeded.
